Meeting: Wed 7/29, 2:00 PM ET (he confirmed "2pm edt" in DMs). Deck: training.uprisegrowth.io (web, swipeable, noindexed — the link to text him) plus
~/Desktop/Uprise-Setter-Training.pptx(+ .pdf). 14 slides, speaker notes = Rio's talking track (notes are in the PPTX only, never on the web version). Walk it LIVE. This doc = everything around the deck: run-of-show, sheet spec, text templates, the bar.
⚠️ Before the meeting (Rio, ~15 min)
- One word on the Google Form — Rio updated the form 7/29 (offer framed as AI Marketing, $2k+ to $8k+ packages, 10% + $50). It says "$50 close bonus" but the lock is $50 per SHOW (owner attends). Different promise to an applicant; change "close" → "show" so the form, the deck, and reality all match.
- Scrape his lead list (decided: fresh pull after the meeting, niche TBD at scrape time). He never touches the active barrels (Cold Barrel / PT / wraps / trucking stay Rio's).
- Create the dial-log sheet (60 seconds): new Google Sheet named
Praise — Dial Log, share edit → his email + (optional, for Claude maintenance) the mcp-gsheets service account. Columns row 1:Date | Time | Business | Number | Outcome | NoteOutcome values (data validation, list):no answer, gatekeeper, owner convo, callback, BOOKED, not interested, bad numberRow 2 of a second tab "Daily Tally":Date | Dials | Owner convos | Booked | Shows - Text him the PDF + meeting link.
Meeting run-of-show (~30 min)
- 2 min — his background: ever cold called? schedule? quiet space?
- 20 min — walk the deck (notes on each slide are the script). Roleplay the opener 3x minimum (slide 6) — he says it, Rio plays the owner.
- 5 min — logistics: sheet link, Calendly snippet, his first block scheduled INSIDE 24h, overlapping Rio's hours for live coaching.
- Close: "first block tomorrow at [time]. Text me when you sit down."
The rails (mirror of deck, for reference)
- His job ends at the calendar invite. Never pitches, never quotes, never closes.
- Comp (RE-LOCKED 7/29, matches the IG story he swiped on): $50 per SHOW (owner attends) · 10% of package value, paid out as the client's cash actually lands (packages publicly framed as $2k-$10k across 3 tiers → $200-$1,000 per close) · no base · uncapped. Internal menu prices never appear on setter materials; tiers get sized on the sales call. (Supersedes 7/27's "10% of monthly" — that read as bait-and-switch next to the story's $2k-$10k framing.)
- Booking rail: calendly.com/rio-uprisegrowth/15min — texted DURING the call (invited = allowed), stays on line until slot picked, confirms out loud. BOOKED = calendar event exists. Everything else = callback.
- Framework: honest opener → pause → "how are jobs coming in, honestly?" (ASK never assert) → pattern line → "what's a slow month cost you?" → meeting offers itself. Verbatim from the locked /dial playbook.
- Non-negotiables: NEVER text a cold lead (TCPA, the killed-SMS rule applies to him too) · never quote/promise · same number, 9-5 lead's local time · log every dial · a real no is final.
Text templates (he saves these day one)
Booking text (sent while on the call):
Hey [name], Praise here from the call just now. Here's Rio's calendar, grab any 15 minutes: calendly.com/rio-uprisegrowth/15min
End-of-block tally (to Rio):
Block done: [X] dials / [Y] owner convos / [Z] booked. Notes in the sheet.
The bar (week one)
- Benchmarks from Rio's own 534 logged dials: 52% pickup · owner convo ~1 in 3 dials. His numbers should orbit these; wild deviation = skill gap or logging gap.
- Week-one pass: consistent blocks + honest logs + 1+ SHOW.
- Pass → phase 2: CRM onboarding (GHL power dialer workflow per ghl-power-dialer-setup — add him as assigned user, his own smart list +
dialedtag flow), bigger lists, a dedicated line (do NOT let him keep dialing his personal cell at scale). - Fail-but-trying → coach one more week. Ghosting/junk logs → cut fast, seat two exists.
✅ MEETING OUTCOME — 2026-07-29, 2 PM (happened, ~15 min, notetaker summary logged by Selena)
Real name: Francisco Chevalier (goes by Praise, IG praisecisco). Confirmed understanding + wants the seat.
What got locked on the call (matches the built plan):
- Comp as designed: 10% of closed package + $50/show, packages framed $2k-$10k. No internal menu prices leaked.
- Phase 1 = his own cell, few-day trial, no obligation either way.
- Rules taught: no price quotes (meeting handles it) · "not interested" → ask for 15 seconds, then let go · text/email requests → push to meeting · "already have a team" → probe pain · never promise results · log every dial + outcome.
- Metrics set: 52% pickup, ~1-in-3 dials = owner convo, ~100 dials/day expectation (stated on the call — stronger than the SOP's "consistent blocks" bar).
- Framework = guide, not verbatim (Rio's instruction: conversational, don't sound robotic).
- Time-zone leverage mentioned for extended calling windows.
⚠️ Gaps vs the run-of-show (close them in the materials email / first check-in):
- First block NOT scheduled inside 24h — the close was "materials coming," not "tomorrow at [time]." Get a committed first-block time when sending the email.
- Opener roleplay didn't happen (not in the notes). Do it live-coaching style during his first block instead.
- Rio promised a DAILY lead list — that's a standing pipeline obligation now. Decide the source once (GHL prospecting pull) so it doesn't become a daily manual chore.
📤 ✅ MATERIALS EMAIL SENT 2026-07-29 ~3:10 PM. Francisco has everything: list, playbook, log sheet, deck, Calendly. Now watching for: his reply with tomorrow's first-block time. If no block time by tonight, one nudge ("what time you sitting down tomorrow?"). Original spec: send Francisco — (a) lead list ~/Desktop/francisco-lead-list-2026-07-29.csv (attach), (b) Dial Log sheet (created 7/29, lives in the 141 Drive): docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UfAaYv_5kXHlT1hkynOY5ZDgH9J9Z1WHAN55LXfhUAU — share EDIT to his email from the 141 account, (c) Setter Playbook one-pager (Google Doc, verbatim from the deck): docs.google.com/document/d/1v5T3Hb8-QLR8Lm5nxdKs86mR8SVhH51woknlqrjs2DA — share VIEW, (d) calendly.com/rio-uprisegrowth/15min, (e) training.uprisegrowth.io, (f) Rio's number. Need: his email address (he confirmed it on the call; it's in the DMs/notetaker, not in the vault).
Open decisions / watch
- ✅ Niche + list DONE 7/29 ~2:45 PM: contractors/remodeling (Rio's call — his own proven current niche). 265 premium leads at
~/Desktop/francisco-lead-list-2026-07-29.csv— Orlando 68 / Tampa 73 / Sarasota 49 / Fort Myers 44 / Jax 31. Quality bar applied (phone + 15+ reviews + 4.4+ rating, franchises cut, zero overlap with Rio's barrels — his cities are fresh territory). Signals column: 12 SPONSORED (active Google-ads buyers), 9 no-website. Scraped via the new Playwright Maps rail (agents/maps_scrape.js, see _systems — Apify is capped this month). Daily-list promise = re-run the rail with new cities/niches, ~5 min. - His dialing number: phase 1 = his own cell (his choice/risk, flagged to him); phase 2 = company line. If shows start landing, buy the 4th GHL number then (the "don't buy until setters start" trigger has now fired).
- Cash exposure note (Camila): $50/show pays out ahead of revenue. 10 shows / 0 closes = $500 owed on $0 collected. Fine at 1 setter; watch it before hiring 5.
- Log him in the vault when he starts producing (he's a team member, not a prospect — no prospects/ file).
