Module 4 of the AI Advertiser course. Priority reads: 4.3 (pricing) and 4.7 ($10K math). Rest distilled to what's usable.

4.3 Raising Your Prices (FULL)

Three triggers that authorize a raise:

  1. 3+ months of results — you have DATA backing your value, not promises.
  2. Referral clients — every referral enters at the HIGHER price, never the referrer's legacy rate.
  3. At capacity — 5+ clients and limited slots = raise prices to filter for better-fit clients.

The price ladder:

The raise script (month-end after strong results, CALL only, never text/email):

"Hey [name], I wanted to bring something up. We've been working together for [X] months now, and the results have been really strong. [Specific result]. I'm adjusting my pricing for new clients to $[new price]/month starting next month. Option A: I can keep you at your current rate of $[current price] for the next 3 months. Option B: We can move to the new rate now, and I'll add [bonus]."

Objection handling = ROI math: "Would you pay $3,000 to make $20,000? That's what we're doing every month."

Rules: grandfather existing clients max 3 months. New clients always pay the new rate. Never discount down to match legacy pricing.

🎯 Rio: This is the exact fix for your underquote history ($530-700 builds when market was $3-5K). Your locked menu (Starter $1.5K / Pro $3K / Growth $5K) IS the ladder. The $1K founding pilot is fine as entry, but bake the raise in now: "founding rate, locked 3 months, then $1.5K" so trigger #1 fires automatically at month 3 with data in hand.

4.7 The $10K/Month Milestone (FULL)

The client-count math (three paths to $10K/mo):

Daily workload at 6 clients (~2.75 hrs/day):

Profit at 6 × $1,750 = $10,500/mo:

Expense $/mo
Part-time VA 600
Software 80
Client acquisition ads 300
Misc tools 50
Net profit $9,470 (90%+ margin)

At $10K you choose: Option A = hold $10K, cut hours. Option B = scale to $30K via higher prices + team.

🎯 Rio: Your $10K sprint goal is COLLECTED cash, but this reframes the real game: recurring. You're at $60/mo recurring base + $1K pilot pending = $1,060/mo once it lands. That's 1 of 6. Five more retainers at your Pro-tier pricing ($1.5-2K/mo ad management) = $10K/mo FOREVER, not once. Your automation stack (CRM, teardown machine, KPI coach) already does what their VA does, so your margin beats the course's 90%.

4.1 Managing Multiple Clients (MEDIUM)

🎯 Rio: Your CRM already IS the client tracker + dashboard sweep. At 1-2 clients, install the 1-Hour Rule and batching habit NOW so at 6 clients (the $10.5K model) you're at ~2.75 hrs/day, not drowning.

4.2 Advanced Reporting (MEDIUM)

🎯 Rio: Your automated report generator already builds this. Add the LTV line to every report; it turns "$18 CPL" anxiety into "133% ROI" retention. The upsell menu is how the $1K pilot grows to $1.5-2K without a hard renegotiation.

4.4 Hiring Your First VA (BRIEF)

Hire at: 4+ clients, 5+ hrs/day repetitive work, $6K+/mo revenue. OnlineJobs.ph $5-8/hr (~$800-1,280/mo full-time). Delegate uploads/screenshots/formatting/scheduling; NEVER client convos, strategy, budgets, or optimization calls. Train in one weekend: Loom videos + SOP docs + live watch + 14-day review. Rule: "If a task requires judgment, keep it. If repetitive and teachable via video, delegate it."

🎯 Rio: Skip for now. Your automation IS the VA (the 80/15/5 middle layer) at $0/mo instead of $600. Revisit only if you hit 4+ retainers and something still eats hours the stack can't do.

4.5 Building Systems (BRIEF)

80/15/5 Rule: AI does 80% (copy, creative concepts, research, report drafts), VA 15% (uploads, formatting, screenshots), you 5% (strategy, calls, approvals, QC). Five SOPs to write (~2 hrs total): onboarding, campaign launch, weekly optimization, reporting, creative refresh. One "_CLIENT TEMPLATE" Drive folder duplicated per client. Ops hub sheet: client dashboard + task tracker + revenue tracker.

🎯 Rio: You're already past this lesson; your stack collapses the 15% VA layer into the 80% AI layer. The one gap worth stealing: write the 5 SOPs as markdown in the vault so onboarding client #2 (post-pilot) is copy-paste, not reinvention.

4.6 Troubleshooting (BRIEF)

🎯 Rio: Feed this diagnostic order into the KPI coach so it names the cause, not just the spike. Bookmark the appeal path BEFORE launching the pilot's campaigns; a disabled account mid-pilot with $2,925 banked and $1K/mo on the line is the one crisis you can't automate out of.
